  • Can I pay in installments?
    Yes, we now work closely with PayPal and Affirm 4 payments, biweekly and 0% interest Affirm also offers other financing options over a longer period of time for orders over a certian amount.
  • What are they made of and are they handmade?
    Minky is the cuddliest and most luxurious material available on the market. It is a micro-fiber plush fabric that is as soft as real chinchilla or mink fur. The material is a shaggy textured polyester fur that has super smooth surface that is irresistible to feel. ​ Lilly’s Sewn comfort creates each and every item here in the USA promising to bring comfort and warmth to anyone embraced by it. The minky fabric that we purchase and use have been tested for lead and have passed all government regulations. The testing was conducted by an independent laboratory. We have complied with all the guidelines of the US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) and the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA). ​ Minky fabric has exceptional quality, which prevents its colors from fading and its warmth from decreasing over time. It is quick-drying, highly absorbent, and quite strong and unlike true mink, minky fabric is completely vegan. It comes out of the dryer looking like brand new over and over again.
  • How do I take care of my Minky?
    Minky should always be washed alone with regular liquid detergent (do not use laundry pods or fabrics softner) Hang dry or put in the dryer on no heat/air dry setting.
  • Do you make custom blankets?
    Don’t see the blanket you are looking for? No worries, we will gladly work with you to create the blanket you are envisioning. Let us know by emailing us at info@lillyssewncomfot.com or by going to the Contact section what colors you are looking for and the size you want so we can send you fabric options and pricing of the blanket.
  • Repairs
    If your blanket ever needs a repair, I will gladly fix it if its within the 30 days of you receiving it. Just ship it back and I will fix it then I will cover shipping to get it back to you. Please wash the blanket before sending it back.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes, we sure do!! We would never deny anyone the comfort of a minky blanket.
  • When can I expect my order?
    All orders are shipped USPS with insurance and tracking will be provided. All orders are shipped within 3 business days of receiving your order. After the product has been shipped, delivery timeframes can range between 4-7days and up to 10 days when shipping outside the United States. Please be sure to send us your correct email and a secured address to ensure delivery. Lilly’s Sewn Comfort is not responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen packages. All packages will have a return label included in the instance you are needing to return/ exchange or to be repaired.
  • Where is my order?
    Wondering where your order is? Once your shipping label is printed, we will send you an email with the tracking number for USPS. If you have not received your tracking number, please send us an email to info@lillyssewncomfort.com and we will get you the tracking number right away.
  • Returns
    All returns must be sent back within 1 week of receiving your blanket. Blanket must be new/unused and in original packaging with tag attached. You will receive refund minus the shipping costs once blanket is received and inspected. *If returning a custom-made blanket, we will issue an in-store credit only.
  • Exchanges
    We will gladly exchange your blanket for another one of equal value if your blanket has not been used and is in original packaging with tag still attached.
